Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
Return policy:
Please inform us within 24 hours after receiving. Buer must be made within 14 days of the seller receiving the returned item(s), or within 14 days of the buyer providing evidence that the item(s) have been returned (e.g. proof of postage), whichever is sooner. Unless the seller has stated otherwise, the buyer is responsible for paying for the cost of return postage.
Please keep the original packing and make sure they are unused. We cannot refund any item that has been used and has the odor of perfume coming from the item Please also, write down your name, reason and return to below address.
